Rules for The Equestrian Center and The Pens

6:00 a.m. – 9:00/10:00 p.m. every day

1. All vehicles must be tagged if going down to the Stables or the Pens. Any
   unauthorized vehicles observed will result in a warning letter.
2. NO Speeding on the way to the ranch – the Max Speed limit is 20 mph.
3. This is Private Property and La Bota is not responsible for any damages to
   your vehicle. This includes accidents.
4. NO ATVs, 4-Wheelers, Mules, or Polaris vehicles allowed. (Only workers)
5. If cooking out it must be AWAY from animals, tack room, or trees. The
   parking area is fine and must advise Lesly ahead of time.
6. If you use the water hose, please rack it back up neatly.
7. Horse stables must always be cleaned, daily cleaning out of your Stable will
   be required to make sure there is no foul odor and that everything looks
   clean.
8. No firearms/weapons will be allowed at The Pens of Stables (Private
   property).
9. The horse ring is OFF LIMITS to anyone that is renting from the Pens it is
   only for the Horses and corrals. Big and Small Walkers are also off limits.
10. Pets are allowed if they are on a leash and not loose to protect against any
    incidents to show animals.
11. No foul language.
12. No smoking/alcohol.
13. You are responsible for your animal(s).
14. If you unlock it, lock it back.
15. If you open it, close it.
16. If you borrowed it, return it.
17. If you don’t know, ask.
18. If it doesn’t concern you, don’t mess with it.
19. If you turn it on, turn it back off.
20. If you break it, you fix it.
21. If you move it, put it back in its original place.
22. If you lose something that does not belong to you, replace it.
23. Respect and courtesy always.
24. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
