Rules for The Equestrian Center and The Pens

6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. every day (Monday-Sunday)

1. All vehicles must have permission to enter the Stables area. Any unauthorized vehicles observed will result in penalties.
2. NO Speeding on the way to the Stables – the Max Speed limit on the road to the Stables is 20 mph. Driving near or around Stables is 5 MPH.
3. This is Private Property, and La Bota is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle. This includes accidents.
4. NO ATVs, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, Mules, Kubota or Polaris vehicles are allowed. (Only workers and Management)
5. If cooking out, it must be AWAY from animals, tack room, or trees. The parking area is fine, and you must advise management ahead of time.
6. Horse stables must always be cleaned. Daily cleaning of your Stable will be required to minimize flies, foul odor, and disease.
7. No firearms/weapons will be allowed at Stables (Private property).
8. Pets are allowed, only if they are on a leash to protect against any incidents involving animals and humans.
9. If you use the water hose, please rack it back up neatly.
10. No foul language.
11. No smoking/alcohol.
12. If you unlock it, lock it back.
13. If you open it, close it.
14. If you borrow it, return it.
15. If you don’t know, ask.
16. If it doesn’t concern you, don’t mess with it.
17. If you turn it on, turn it back off.
18. If you break it, you fix it.
19. If you move it, put it back in its original place.
20. If you lose something that does not belong to you, replace it.
21. Respect and courtesy always.
22. An adult must always supervise children under 5 years.
